In this issue

Failure in our issue has been demystified, at three different levels (individual, team and institutional/organizational level). This issue lays emphasis on how we can manage and learn from them. In our theme based sections, we have tried to capture different thoughts from the corporate world, the government, entertainment and medical field. Our authors have given us valuable insights from their experiences and learning’s and we hope that these different perspectives of ‘Failure’ will bring to you a heightened awareness of the lessons that your setbacks (which were carefully planted in our lives) were meant to bring.

Our interviews have captured two interesting perspectives of Learning from Failures-one that focuses on what the term failure means to the young brigade, today and the other that gives us an interesting take on how our approach to failure is largely determined by our mind.

Our wellbeing section has interesting insights of management of failures through Past Life Regression.
In the People practices and Talent Management section, our first article is about decoding the terms accountability & ownership for a successful work life and the other talks about the brand new frequency to tune in to listen to employee engagement chartbusters.

Our objective is to give you a holistic, refreshing and enriching read and renewed way of looking at opportunities for growth and learning. We hope that this will be a first step for many of us to talk about our failures openly and confidently and achieving wholeness that we are made for.

A great philosophy that guides many of us in life is, “Keep your success close and the learning’s from failure closer”.

Do share your views and feedback on this issue. We would love to know each of your stories and how your have learnt and unlearnt.
