offender as the most brutal of all. This Juvenile by a
mere 6 months got the benefit of being ‘underage’,
and was sentenced to three years in correction home, which is the maximum
he could be awarded under The Juvenile Justice
(
Care and Protection of
Children
) Act, 2000, which inspired another round of public outcry.
