Just as we had started to accept that the best videos of parkour performances (which involve daring acts like climbing on tall buildings or jumping from roof to roof) would always come out of Russia, a video made in Istanbul broke the internet last month. Pavel Smirnov and Özcan İpar shared a video where they climbed on top of the third bridge currently under construction.
