Bu dergiyi hazırlarken, “mindfulness” kavramını daha iyi anlamak ve faydaları bilimsel olarak da kanıtlanmış bu öğretiyi hayatımıza alabilmek adına kapsamlı bir rehber olmasına niyet ettik.
