“Best of South Africa” Volume 7 is a celebration of the country’s role within its
region and the African continent. This is an exciting time for African growth as
we begin to see intra-African trade coming to the fore through partnerships
such as BRICS as well as the EAC-COMESA-SADC Tripartite Agreement.
South Africa retains the golden key as the gateway into Africa, and as a result,
has taken note of the immense growth happening outside its borders.

Best of South Africa is a showcase of the success of varied and valued enterprises in both private and public sectors and sets the benchmark as we grow our publishing series throughout the continent of Africa. 

Multiple Global Village offices in Africa that publish the Best of series have now joined forces as one to form Global Village Africa. To complement the Best of Africa series as a group we have launched an online and print magazine called Diplomat Africa (www.diplomatafrica.org). This magazine is about government and their role in promoting economic growth and the social well being of Africa. Over the next 12 months we will be launching the Best of series in more than 30 countries across the continent from Best of Egypt to Best of the Cape.

We all look forward to 2010 as the world focuses their attention on South Africa.
