Today, there may be more potential for rapid change than at any point in history. Whether it be a new battery design that makes electric vehicles (EVs) more efficient, a schematic for the use of next-generation plastics to strengthen U.S.

infrastructure revitalization, or a video announcing another nation's commitment to clean energy, change can create real investment opportunities. We have identified three areas experiencing significant permanent changes: clean energy, U.S. infrastructure and EVs. In our view, the market may be underestimating these changes but could soon recognize their explosive power, creating a potential window of opportunity for forward-thinking investors to invest in basketed pure-play ETFs that capture these themes.
