SUPERSTAR Robert De Niro’s money battle with estranged wife Grace Hightower has forced the aging God father hunk to work nonstop like a dog — and soured him on finding new love, sources say.

The 77-year-old Analyze This actor would have no problem finding a new gal, but his ongoing bitter divorce with Grace, 66, has jaded him on romance, spies spill.

“He has plenty of opportunity to date other ladies, but that’s something he’s kind of given up on, partly because he’s slowed down his luxury living but also because he’s so burned by what’s going on,” blabs an insider.

“He’s adamant about fighting to avoid being taken to the cleaners by Grace, and that’s taken a lot of the swagger out of his step.”
