When you think workout, the first thing that pops into your head is hopping on a treadmill, powering up the cross trainer or burning some calories on the exercycle. But the truth is, you don’t really need complicated machinery to stay fit and healthy. According to holistic health guru Dr Mickey Mehta, bodyweight exercises are just as effective and in some ways far more beneficial for one’s overall well-being. This is the founding principle of his ‘Go Green’ workout concept.

YO RULES Following this concept combined with years of scientific research, Dr Mickey has developed a workout routine to improve fitness and overall health without the need for cumbersome machines. This he calls the ‘Yo Workouts’. He avers, “The Yo Workouts are based on the principles and science of yoga, and have been aesthetically designed to address all human needs including fitness, health and well-being.”
