And since her time on the show – when she unsuccessfully wed Josh Pihlak – Cathy Evans has gone on to find real love, connect with fans around the world (who love her real talk on social media – she has over 184,000 Instagram followers) and transform her body on her terms. “I wake up, look in the mirror and bloody love what I see,” the 26-year-old tells WHO with a laugh. “I’m not perfect, but I’ve worked hard – and paid for the cosmetic tweaks – to get the look I want. I’m confident in myself and I want the people who reach out to me on social media and in real life to feel the same. I’m all about ‘you do you, girl!’”
