How has been the last financial year for HTC? Did the company have been able to meet the targets?
India was among one of the top performing markets for HTC in 2016. The year 2016 was a year of planned growth for HTC in India focused on expanding our service center network, expanding existing centers as well as opening new service centers.
This included added focus on providing world-class customer service, performance and quality measurement, understanding requirements and proactive communication to address any query or call for support for the customers. Currently HTC has more than 200 service centers covering more than 175 cities in India. With trained experts; the aim is to deliver best in class after-sales service exclusively for all HTC customers.
What would be your latest offerings to the Indian market and it’s USP in terms of specifications?
