Soaltee Crowne Plaza’s Signature Indian Restaurant Kakori Revamps Its Menu One of the country’s leading hotels, Soaltee Crowne Plaza is introducing a new menu at their signature Indian restaurant, Kakori, with Mughlai cuisine set to make an impression to the guests.

Soaltee introduced the new menu through a Mughlai Food Festival that received very good feedback according to the hotel. Although the food festival is almost over, the hotel will implement the new menu at Kakori soon after.

The hotel hopes to introduce and showcase the wide range of authentic Mughlai cuisine to the Nepali and foreign people alike.

Guests who thoroughly enjoyed the food at Kakori will still be able to enjoy it through the new menu as many of the popular dishes from the previous menu will be featured as well.

The new menu has been meticulously crafted by guest Chef Hardev S. Saini along with Soaltee Crowne Plaza’s Executive Chef, Yuba Raj Pokharel as they aim to introduce and wow Nepali palates with the Mughlai cuisine.

Chef Hardev S. Saini, who hails from Crowne Plaza Rohini, New Delhi boasts over 32 years of experience and is currently working in the renown Indian restaurant Spice Art.

Additionally, Kakori is also featuring a live Ghazal performance six days a week to further entertain the guests.

Zaika-E-Pakistan: Traditional Flavors of Pakistan At Fairfield by Marriott Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu, Thamel, hosted a 10-day food festival from 29th August to 7th September 2019 introducing the traditional flavors of Pakistan to Kathmandu.

The menu was specially crafted by Chef Qamar and Chef Irfan from Marriott Islamabad Hotel. Chef Qamar has 16 years of rich experience in multi-cuisine and he has specialized in Pakistani, Mediterranean, Tandoori, Mughalai and Middle Eastern cuisines. Chef Irfan has more than 12 years of experience in Pakistani cuisine and expertise in barbecue-style cooking that showcases his passion for food.
