BUCKINGHAMSHIRE Deputy Lieutenant Roger Jefcoate CBE recently met the Queen when she visited a pioneering charity which he co-founded in 1990. Canine Partners train assistance dogs for severely disabled people keen to live more independently; it is amazing what they can do, responding to more than 100 requests like inserting cards into cash machines and collecting the money.
