Health Is The Real Wealth Of Vaastu Shastra

One who is stable and established in the self is healthy. That is to say, identifying a healthy person does not simply entail physical fitness, but more important is one’s mental fitness. One cannot say,”I am healthy, but not being interested in life’. The enthusiasm in life shows how healthy you are.

Causes of sickness or ill health are generally noted as impurities on the level of mind, body and speech. Your own speech can create distress in you, as well as in other people. Even distress or discomfort should be treated as an illness.

Body, mind and spirit are like a tripod - even if one aspect is not functioning properly, our life will not be balanced and that will lead to ill health.

So, health is not only physical fitness, but is affected by: ‘Manasa’ (mind), ‘Vacha’ (speech) and ‘Karmana’ (action).

There are two aspects, one is micro and the other is macro. Micro aspect of human life is called ‘Pindam’ - Body, Mind and Spirit.

Macro aspect of human life is call ‘Bhramandam’ - surroundings. “Vaastu shastra deals with both the aspects. Both ‘Pinda’ and ‘Bhramanda’ are made up of five elements, known as the potential energy.

Kinetic energies are the ‘Prana’ and ‘Jeeva’.
