A court in Los Angeles recently ruled that Charlie (56) no longer has to pay Denise (50) child support for their two daughters, teenagers Sami (17) and Lola (16).
Denise, who was working outside the state of California at the time, wasn’t present during the court ruling and was never told about the court date, according to an insider.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was taken completely by surprise by Charlie, the source adds.
“She was blindsided. Now he’s manipulating the situation,” the source alleges.
