The English actress joins the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Yelena Belova, younger sister of Scarlett Johansson’s Natasha Romanov in Black Widow, the long-delayed superhero action movie.
Scarlett makes her final bow as the former assassin in this film, which is set between the events in Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018). On the run from the US government, Natasha is reunited with Yelena in Budapest after she sends a box of mysterious vials to her snowy hideout, which turn out to be linked to their grim past.
COMIC ORIGINS Oxford-born Florence (25) is the second youngest of four children and grew up in a family of performers. Her mom, Deborah Mackin, was a dancer, elder brother Toby Sebastian played Prince Trystane Martell in Game of Thrones, and elder half-sister Arabella Gibbins is a theatre actor, comedian and vocal coach.
