She’s known for her hits Parties in the Park and Headspace and more recently she featured on rapper Cash of Hearts’ single Go Again Tonight.
The 28-year-old has also worked with the likes of Hanco, Grimehouse and Connell Cruise. YOU caught up with the Johannesburg singer.
How did you get into music?
When I was doing my pharmacy degree, I decided I wanted to learn to play an instrument, the guitar, and I wrote songs at home. Eventually I was like, “I need to take this further.”
So I contacted producers and asked if they’d have me in for a recording session. And eventually there was one who was quite interested – and it went from there.
