1. REACH FOR THE BEET

Switching your morning OJ to beetroot juice could boost your health. A recent study by a US university found that a group of elderly adults showed an improvement in vascular function after a daily dose of beetroot juice.

2. ADD IN ADAPTOGENS

Small studies show that adding herbs to reduce stress, balance hormones and boost energy – known as adaptogens – to your diet can aid your health. 3. PICK UP THE PHONE
