Philippe’s new twenty~4 automatic is designed to keep up with the modern woman
In 1999, Patek Philippe introduced a timeless and feminine watch collection made for the modern, active woman. Characterised by its rectangular case and articulated bracelet, the elegant Twenty~4 has been the Genevan manufacture’s main and most popular women’s collection to date.
The original Twenty~4 was created in a time where most women’s watches contained quartz calibres. It’s been almost 20 years since and Patek Philippe has recognised that modern women of today demand a little more. And the watchmaker is delivering, with a brand-new version of the Twenty~4 that looks almost nothing like its predecessor.
Boasting a fresh look and a mechanical movement, the Twenty~4 Automatic combines style and technical expertise for discerning modern women who need a watch that can keep pace with their lifestyles. As its name suggests, the Twenty~4 Automatic is designed to suit any occasion from day to night, complementing outfits from pantsuits to ballgowns. There are five references in the collection: two stainless steel and three rose gold with different dial options.
While the bracelet remains similar to the original, almost everything else has changed. The new model sports a round case, Arabic numerals on the dial and an automatic movement.
