Self-Care Nor Soraya
Taking time out to care for yourself and your wellbeing helps to remind you that you and your needs are important. For Soraya, finding inner happiness was never easy. Feeling stuck and stagnant, she eventually found her flow on the yoga mat. Starting her yoga journey a few years ago, she used that outlet as a way to find inner peace and discover herself. “Yoga found me at a time where I needed self love the most!" she tells us. "I felt beautiful on the inside, and it allowed me to bring the beauty within me, to the outside.”
Between being a single mother, running a boutique PR firm, doing her duties as travel and fitness influencer and being an instructor, it can be tough to find a balance, but Soraya firmly believes in prioritising what’s important and what makes her feel her most happiest, and getting those things done first.” One of her self-care routines is taking care of her skin. “As i continued to love who I was becoming on the inside, I wanted my outside to reflect that same love. I personally enjoy products that are natural and simple, and with a few drops of belif ’s The True Tincture of Chamomile, my skin instantly feels more relaxed and rejuvinated, whilst improving blood circulation, giving me healthy skin.
