THAT'S AMORE CHEESE
Easy, cheesy meals

Trio Br uschetta

Recipe / That’s Amore Cheese

Serves: 2

Buffalo Mozzarella, Heirloom Tomatoes & Basil

2 slices sourdough, 1cm thick

1 clove garlic

6 heirloom tomatoes, halved

125g That’s Amore Buffalo Mozzarella, torn into 6

Sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper Extra-virgin olive oil 6 leaves basil

1. Grill the sliced sourdough on a griddle pan.

2. Rub the grilled sourdough with a garlic clove.

3. Place the tomatoes, basil and buffalo mozzarella in a bowl and dress with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss well.

4. Top the sourdough with tomato and mozzarella mixture and serve.

Buffalo Ricotta, Artichoke & Red Onion

2 slices sourdough,

1cm thic

k 100g That’s Amore Buffalo Ricotta

1 red onion, finely sliced

4 marinated grilled artichokes, torn

1. Grill the sliced sourdough on a griddle pan.

2. Spread the buffalo ricotta over the grilled sourdough.

3. Add the red onion, artichokes and a drizzle of artichoke oil in a bowl and mix well.

4. Top sourdough with onion and artichoke mixture and serve.

Mushroom & Truffle Cheese

20g butter Extra-virgin olive oil

5 Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced

½ glass white wine Salt & pepper, to taste

2 slices sourdough,

1cm thick
