There was uproar when Hollywood actor Angelina Jolie decided to undergo a double mastectomy to prevent the onset of breast cancer. She found out about faulty genes that could lead to breast cancer. While it raised awareness across the world, most women in their 20s don’t even think of breast and ovarian cancer as a possible threat, much less that they could have it in the long run. But, cancer is hidden in the strands of chromosomes. And because, it can be inherited, it can cause cancer at any age.
