Getting The Right Balance Is The Key!

Sporting new cropped blonde hair (Kate shaved her head for her new role in film Sister), glowing skin and a super-toned bod – showing off her latest Fabletics fitness-wear range – you’d never know she was suffering from jet lag after flying over from LA the night before to open her first-ever UK Fabletics store. How does the mum of two boys (Ryder, 14, and Bingham, six), who recently announced she is expecting her third child, balance being a businesswoman with a Hollywood star and still look so fit and healthy? We’re dying to find out…

Kate, you look amazing, what’s your secret to staying in shape?

‘Getting the right balance is key,’ says Kate. ‘I’m really passionate about staying fit and healthy, but I also want to drink cocktails and eat French fries. Sometimes I fall off the wagon big time, but I’m good at pulling myself back on.’ According to Kate, discipline is also essential. ‘The more disciplined you are, the more you work out. The more you work out, the stronger you get, the harder you push yourself and the healthier you want to be, including eating nutritious food. You’ll then start to see results, whether it’s in your skin or dropping a dress size.’

So, what workouts are you into at the moment?
