Pregnancy is a time of tremendous change for a woman’s body. To take care of both yours and your baby’s, it’s important to make sure you’re eating nourishing food. Eating plenty of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and lean protein may be sufficient to meet your needs, or you might need to take supplements.
