Fitness and diet:

“I am genetically blessed so I don’t have to sweat it out too much, but toning and cardio exercises are sure important. I oscillate between functional cardio and weights. I stick to more liquids in the summer mainly because the heat can make you dehydrated. I avoid fatty or heavy food and go light with lots of phulkas, dal and green veggies.”

Skin and haircare:

“Luckily, men don’t require much attention and care, but a good sunscreen is something I always use. I am particular about my hair so I have a tailor-made oil which I apply every week and make sure I condition it well post a shampoo.”

Travel care:

“I carry light clothes like shorts, burmudas, chappals, cotton tees or linen shirts. I avoid wearing jeans as they get heavy and sticky. Instead, I go for linen or cotton trousers.”

Shreyas Talpade, Actor

Fitness and diet:

“My diet remains the same throughout the year. Even though I spend most of my time in airconditioned spaces, I make sure I drink plenty of water, eat loads of yoghurt and drink juices to keep my body hydrated. I do not stick to one workout routine. I like a mix of kickboxing, weight training, functional training and cardio.”

Skin and haircare:

“During the day, I moisturize my skin and if I am stepping out, I apply sunscreen. For hair, I just make sure I wash it every day, sometimes even twice.”
