We’ve got five simple tricks that can help keep you active… If you can get into the mindset that something is better than nothing, you’ll be amazed at the results you can get.
1 Break up your routine
Research has shown that when it comes to lifting weights, a few shorter workouts can be just as effective as one long workout. Look at your normal weight lifting routine and split it up into two or three smaller pieces. Take 10-15 minutes, two or three times during the day and fit each piece in. You’ll find you’ll be able to fill your downtime that you usually waste waiting to do something else, and you’ll get the same benefit as you would doing your normal, longer workout.
2 Do a little bit each day
