I’d ban those horrible vape things. When someone’s puffing away on one it’s like being hit by a blast of air from one of those New York subway grills and the smell of blueberries and strawberries they emit is horrible. Trying to get off cigarettes is great, but just stop smoking!
Youngsters would get off their phones. From dinner tables with their family to conversations with each other, they need to learn how to communicate beyond texting and do old-school things like going round to a friends’ house and asking, “are you coming out to play?” I’m trying to instil that idea into my own kids although, as all parents know, it’s sometimes an uphill battle.
