British model Abbey Clancy spills her healthy eating secrets and the 15-minute workout that keeps her in amazing shape
Abbey Clancy - she’s one of the most recognisable faces in British modelling, with a covetable physique that’s never looked better. Living proof that it’s possible to juggle fitness with a busy career and motherhood, the blonde beauty is the face of Reebok’s fab newspring/summer 2016 collection (available from very.co.uk). We recently caught upwith her to talk fitspo, healthy eating andwhat keeps her loving life. With an upbeat, friendly attitude to match her incredible figure, Abbey really is sweetness personified, but what’s most refreshing about the Liverpudlian star is her down-to-earth approach to looking good. Sure, she has body concerns just like anyone, but she’s no slave to her figure, adopting a sensible approach to diet and fitness over quick-fix fads. ‘All girls have insecurities, whether it’s worrying about love handles or a wobbly bum, I’m just like everyone else, and now that I’m 30 it’s all starting to drop,’ she says. She reveals, however, that she’s genetically very slender – ‘my family are all naturally slim’ - so her keep-fit regime ismore about toning than weight management. ‘I work out because it makes me feel strong, healthy and energised. Exercise also gives me a positive frame ofmind,’ she shares.
