How not to get disturbed by others

Seeing Things As They Are

We are intelligent beings and we constantly make use of our mind but usually in the wrong way. If we made use of it in the right way, there would be no problems.

First of all, we have to see things as they are and for what they are. Let's say the person opposite you is angry. The reason could be anything. Probably he or she may not have gotten enough sleep at night, has a stomach ache or somebody may have cheated them so there is anger for whatever reason. That person is there in front of you, does not like something about you and is grumbling. Now what you need to do, is to understand his or her situation, that the person is unhappy. A person disturbed in this way, obviously, is unable to speak kindly and cannot speak good of you. When a human being gets into this vicious circle of what is right and what is wrong, that too for others, then some problem is bound to be there.
