Medium Table Mat Size: 12 x 12

Large Table Mat Size: 14 x 18

MATERIALS

Materials given make one each size mat.

• 6 (21/2 x WOF) strips assorted light print*

• 7 (21/2 x WOF) strips assorted dark print*

• 5 (21/2 x WOF) strips for binding*

• 3/4yard backing fabric*

• 1 (27 x 40) rectangle batting*

• 9 length hook-and-loop tape

• Template Material

• Thread

• Basic sewing tools and supplies

• Easy Angle 4.5 tool by EZ Quilting

(Optional)

*Fabrics from Sparkle + Fade collection from Hoffman CaliforniaInternational Fabrics and American Spirit batting from Fairfield used to make sample.

PROJECT NOTES

Read all instructions before beginning this project.

Stitch right sides together using a 1/4 seam allowance unless otherwise specified.

Materials and cutting lists assume 40 of usable fabric width.

If desired, heat-resistant batting can be added to the mats.

Other fastening options include snaps, hook-and-eye units, and ties.
