Chickenkebabswith soy and sriracha
Under R90 • Makes 8 mini kebabs
Preparation: 20 minutes • Cooking time: 18 minutes
• 750g chicken thigh fillets
• 30ml soy sauce
• 15ml sriracha sauce
• 30ml olive oil
• 1 onion, cut into quarters and broken into leaves
• 12 lemon leaves
1 Cut the chicken into bite-size cubes. Mix the soy sauce, sriracha and olive oil through the meat and season with salt and pepper.
2 Thread the chicken, onion and lemon leaves onto short skewers. Air fry in a single layer for 10 minutes at 200°C; turn over and cook for another 8 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Tip Chicken thighs are juicy but you can also use chicken breast fillets. If you’re short on time, don’t use skewers; simply place the chicken, onion and lemon leaves directly in the basket.
Chorizo ricewith boiled eggs

Preparation: 10 minutes • Cooking time: 20 minutes
• 4 extra-large eggs, at room temperature
• 1 chorizo sausage (about 200g), sliced
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 15ml olive oil
• 250g mixed frozen veggies (peas, carrots, corn and beans)
• 2 cups cooked rice (preferably al dente)
• 3 spring onions, chopped
