Most would agree that ice cream is linked to feeling good, fond memories, happy days, celebrations… you name it. But while waiting for my ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery, which launched its Malaysian flagship store in Pavilion KL, I vaguely heard the attendants— who previously busied themselves with rolling and flipping scoops of ice cream in the air as passers-by watched, enraptured by the performance—calling me to catch my ice cream. On the count of three, they tossed it high into the air and it (mercifully) landed in my hands. By then the passers-by had stopped completely to watch, and clapped as I caught it, and some even proceeded to get their own orders.
