Famous as the first gastronomic show in the world, the Sublimation concept started in 2012 inside the research workshop of Spanish chef Paco Roncero with two Michelin stars to his credit. It opened its doors for the first time on the island of Ibiza in 2014. And, thanks to the work of multi-talented team of artists and professionals, constantly investigating in possibilities that offer a format as innovative as Sublimotion, the eatery is able to offer a new perspective of what it means to sit around a table. Based at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, the Sublimotion experience entails 12 unique diners per show, one tasting menu where a team of 25 professionals take you on an experiential dining out experience for a good three hours.
