A record 39 SAFRA staff, based at the six SAFRA clubs islandwide, were conferred service excellence awards in 2017.
Apart from great facilities and amenities, there are also “service champions” at all six SAFRA clubs.
These 39 dedicated SAFRA staff were recognised for rendering extraordinary service at the Excellent Service Awards (EXSA) – a new record total for SAFRA – held on 20 Nov 2017 and organised by the Singapore Hotel Association.
Of these well-deserving individuals, eight received the Star award, nine the Gold award and 22 the Silver award.
