“I was in hotel school when my interest in wine took a more serious turn. A group of us decided to participate in a wine competition, and it required a lot of studying and tasting. This triggered my interest and it has endured.

The enjoyment of Château Talbot 1988 Half‑Bottle, Vieux Château Certan 1985, and Champagne Gosset 1973 started me on my wine journey in 1999. When it comes to wine, the time when you open and drink it is important because wine is a living thing. The same bottle opened a year or even six months from today will taste different. Other factors that can affect your experience: the company you’re with, the drinking vessel, and the food you’re consuming while drinking it. I share my interest with a group of dear friends. We’ve been drinking together for many, many years.
