CONCIERGE AT HOTEL D’AUBUSSON PARIS
Paris is known around the world as the City of Light, what would you recommend visitors do in the evening to really take in its beauty?
I would ask for a car with a driver to pick me up after dinner and ride through the city, there is not much traffic in the evening and Paris is beautiful at night with all its illuminated monuments.
As a culinary capital, what are three of your favorite restaurants that you would recommend our readers to try?
Les Climats for a gastronomic meal, extraordinary wine list from Burgundy to embellish dishes. Le Reminet for a romantic moment, near Notre-Dame. Prosper & Fortunée for a unique experience, very tiny place with 1 person only that cooks, serves and shares his passion.
What are the top three monuments not to be missed while in Paris?
The Sainte-Chapelle with its breath-taking stained glass windows. Musée d’Orsay with its gallery of sculpture and Impressionist area, the building itself is worth the visit. The Foundation Louis Vuitton for the beauty of its architecture.
