The Bentley that changed the game
Bentley is aware that only a small number of its Bentaygas will ever end up facing the offroad conditions it was so rigorously designed for but simply knowing that the car is capable of roaring up a sand dune or clawing across an icy road puts Bentayga a cut above. The same applies to its 300km/h top speed when clogged highways or narrow capillaries into the countryside are far likelier scenarios.
Yet Bentayga is all about excess. Doing the unthinkable and making it look easy. And giving people several reasons to buy one, when in fact just one of them will do.
Bentley’s timing for a R4.5 million SUV seems about right, considering the breadth of capabilities its covers and the global boom towards the upmarket SUV. The Bentley that does everything has arrived right on time.
