With the usage of gadgets like cell phone, laptops, and other electromagnetic devices, our requirements of daily life are met with just one click. Communication, banking, shopping, education, business, jobs etc are the best example of this upgraded technology.

But, it is the time to think how it is affecting our health. Just like every coin has two sides, so do these gadgets; making our life easier, and also affecting our health adversely… it’s not late to know the facts and this is the time to re -think about the wise usage of these things. As the saying goes “prevention is better than cure”. Increased screen time can badly affect us, starting from vision to other metabolic derangements. It can also cause pain, stiffness of wrist joints, neck region, which can later turn into tendinitis, cell phone syndrome etc. Excessive usage of phones can also cause severe visual and auditory impairments. If not taken care of properly, it will affect the complete physical and mental equilibrium of a person that can lead to several health issues like obesity, cardiac problems, depression, anxiety, infertility, cancer etc.
