Yat karmaphalam tyajati, karmani sanyasyati, tato nirdvando bhavati

Behind every action, there is some motivation. And the motivation is to get a specific result. There is no action that is intentionally done, without a vision on a specific goal. That achievement affects our process of action. There are some actions, which you do as an expression of joy where you are not bothered about the result of the action. There are some other actions where you expect to get a certain result out of them, some joy out of it. It is the expectation of joy in an action that makes the action inferior.
