The Ways to Travel the Multiverse
Popular Mechanics US|July - August 2023
For nearly 100 years, physicists have been trying to reconcile the physics of the smallest building blocks of the universe (quantum physics) with the physics of the galactically large (Einstein's theory of general relativity)

The Ways to Travel the Multiverse

One simple way to resolve this problem, as far-out as it may seem, is if we live in a multiverse that is, if our universe is one of many.

Trouble is, no one can prove that the multiverse exists, much less what it is like, or whether we can interact with it.

So, if there really are other universes, can we ever visit them?

Many worlds, many portals // If we live in the "many worlds" universe, then we can create new universes all the time. Each time we make a decision, some version of us simultaneously chooses an alternate path-or possibly several others, depending on how many possible paths there are. In a real-life example, you decide to date someone, but a version of you decides not to, and that version splits off into a different timeline. Or, you decide to marry your significant other, but another version decides not to, and another you is created.

WE'RE NOT SURE IF IT'S EXCITING OR not that scientists have just discovered new \"lifeforms\" inside our bodies. Tiny bits of RNA, smaller than a virus, colonize bacteria inside our mouths and guts and have the power to transfer information that can be read by a cell.
