The Lunch Box
The thing with trends is that they are short-lived and regularly burn out with a whimper after arriving. That’s the very nature of the beast. However, when you’re in the business of serving up fresh, healthy food in a convenient package, you don’t have to worry about what’s the flavour of the month.

THE PLACE

Dosirak takes the concept of the Korean bibimbap to a new level of convenience, with their individual takeaway bowls and a ready menu of tasty, fresh ingredients. It’s a lot like a very healthy fast food option in that you can eat straight out from one bowl.

Started just over three years ago by brothers Edward and Eugene Chia, they took advantage of their half-Korean parentage and the fact that their mother’s family is still in the food business to come up with their own business idea.
