DESIGN
The motorola edge 20 fusion has a standard design. Our test unit came in the Electric Graphite color, which looks more gray than the usual black. The casing is a bit of a fingerprint magnet, but the included jelly case takes care of that.
The motorola edge 20 fusion sports a 6.7inch OLED FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The display also supports HDR10+ so you can expect some great Netflix experiences on this. In front is a 32-megapixel selfie camera. At the back is a square camera layout (unlike the rectangular setup in the other edge-series phones) and the Motorola logo.
The left side has the sim-card tray and a dedicated Google Assistant button. The right has the volume and the power button that doubles as the fingerprint reader. On top is just a mic hole, while the bottom has the USB Type-C charging port, the single downward-firing speaker, and a 3.5mm headphone port (hooray!).
HARDWARE
When it comes to hardware, the motorola edge 20 fusion is a decent device. It has an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor which, like all Dimensity chips, has 5G support. It has 8GB RAM and our test unit had 128GB of internal storage that is expandable via a microSD card.
The main highlight of the motorola edge 20 Fusion is its 108-megapixel camera at the back. It also has another 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. What's the difference between the Fusion's camera setup and the other Edge 20-device is the third camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor in lieu of the other's telephoto lens. Lastly, the selfie camera at the front retains the 32-megapixel shooter like the other phones in the series.
For power, the motorola edge 20 fusion has a 5000mAh battery, enough power to last me a day. As for charging, the included 30W charger can replenish the phone's energy from 10% to 100% in an hour and a half of charging.
