Driven to follow her passion for fashion, Chynna surrounded herself with the right people and never stopped trying until she reached her current position where she now gives more opportunities and style advice to her team and customers.

Walk us through your journey from marketing employee to fashion powerhouse.

I always wanted to be a fashion designer and have my own fashion business. To learn everything about it, I worked for a retail company to gain experience and connections. I was curious about how they manage the business, so I learned every aspect from marketing to operations, and even finance. When you want to have your own business, you have to know it by heart and soul. It’s not just about passion. It requires money, skills, talent, and hard work—you can’t just dive into it.
