Elmeasure has recently shifted their facility into the spacious Bangalore Hardware Park. We at Mart present to you a sneak peek behind the curtain and the details of what makes the clock tick for them.
“Elmeasure” is a humble dream to serve the society for its betterment. The company that began in October 2004 is the brainchild of Mr. Babu T K, a Graduate with electronic background and his associates who started the company with the sole purpose of using their professional skills to improve the society. The company which started with a workforce of only five quickly spun their web across the industry and grew into a strong and integrated organization of more than 300 workers, who co-ordinate systematically to sustain the threshold of the company in the competitive and domestic markets. To add a feather to this cap, Elmeasure has now expanded their capacity by becoming the first company that commenced their new office on 3 acres land located in Bangalore Hardware Park.
Mr. Babu T K had his ideas crystal clear before laying the foundation of the company, as he said, “We found a lot of drawbacks in the initial stage as India lacked in terms of production, automation which took a long time. The productivity and efficiency count was not accurate in comparison to global manufacturers. We decided to make a product that helps the industry to overcome these limitations.” The Company moved ahead with one agenda, to understand the society and be the change that is needed to shift the paradigms that define it. Mr. Babu T K, who is now the CEO of Elmeasure, had a rich experience while working with renowned companies like Raman Research Institute, where he was instrumental in developing several optical interferometry controllers under the leadership of capable scientists like Vivek Selvamany and Uday Shankar, Alacrity Electronics and Enercon.
