STAY IN A FORMER BANK IN BOSTON In 2021, The Langham, Boston reopened following a gorgeous refurbishment of the century-old building which was originally built in 1922 to serve as The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Right in the heart of downtown, the building itself is a historic landmark, featuring the original bank seal in the terrazzo flooring. Inspired by New England's maritime traditions and America's financial history, redesigned guest rooms pay tribute to past and present with commissioned prints and vintage bond certificates.
