1. Bedding
Aside from the colour and style of your bed linen, the fabric you choose is an important element. If you prefer to be cooler at night, a cotton or linen duvet cover is an ideal choice. Egyptian cotton is top of most people's lists, as it's soft, strong and durable and can help you stay cool in summer and warm in winter. Thread count is a measure of the number of threads woven into a square inch - however, the higher the number doesn't mean the better the bedding! In the summer, more lightweight fabric is ideal, so choose a lower thread count, while thicker bedding for the winter months is best, so go for a higher thread count then.
