Her only son Damian may have never met his late father, but Liz Hurley is still “devastated” after the 19-year-old was ruthlessly cut out of Steve Bing’s $330 million will.
The shock decision came after the late producer’s father Dr Peter Bing, 90, appealed the decision to allow Damian and his half-sister Kira Kerkorian, 23, to inherit their father’s fortune because they were born out of wedlock.
“When Stephen took his own life, he died thinking his children were going to be taken care of,” Liz said in a statement after the ruling, which will see the inheritance split instead between the two children of Steve’s sister Mary, Anton Ellis, 19, and Lucy Ellis, 21.
“What Stephen wanted has now been callously reversed. I know Stephen would have been devastated.”
