While turning 40 is a milestone some dread, Married At First Sight Australia star Jules Robinson is anticipating her big birthday in March with relish.
“I feel great about turning 40!” the reality star tells Woman’s Day. “Age is just a mindset. I spent my twenties figuring out who I was and where I fit in, making plenty of mistakes, as we all do! In my thirties, I grew true confidence and really worked on myself. I realised who I am and made some really good choices. My 40s will be enjoying those choices!”
Over the past few years, a string of those choices has seen the Sydneysider meet her dream hubby Cameron Merchant on the controversial reality show, start up a thriving shapeware company and become a mother to Oliver, who turned one last week and is the spitting image of his dad.
“There is not one bit of DNA of me in my child,” laughs Jules. “He is all Cam. He does have my dimples, though. Honestly, motherhood is amazing. It’s the most fun, exhausting, joyful experience. He’s on the move and into everything these days. We both need eyes in the back of our heads!”
