Overlooking the national highway, Residence 100 is situated on a corner plot in the posh neighbourhood of the calm and serene city of Panchkula. Thanks to its strategic location, it provides a picturesque view and also ensures easy accessibility. The profile of Residence 100 is further enhanced by full-length windows, augmented glass railings, and meticulously designed aluminium louvres. These features not only improve the visual appeal of the house but also ensure ample natural light and ventilation, contributing to the comfort and energy efficiency of the home.
