Returning for their sixth year in showcasing some of the best well known and emerging artists of our time, the National Oil & Acrylic Painters' Society (NOAPS) features their Best of America Small Works National Juried Exhibition. NOAPS members from across the U.S. and around the world are juried into this special event and exhibition, and show off a 150 astonishing oil and acrylic small works-no larger than 20 square inches.
