FM is undergoing a significant transformation. It is evolving beyond simple issue reporting and resolution to encompass a comprehensive suite of automated and integrated functionalities. We speak to Job V Tholath, CTO and Director of Lattice Software Solutions, about how FM is witnessing this profound transformation and how the company's CAFM software is redefining traditional maintenance and asset management.
"FM operations have evolved, and clients are now looking for more functionalities, including automated technician assignment, live geo-tracking, automated SLA and KPI calculations, enhanced reporting and analytics, deep data visibility for clients, and quality checks, among other features," says Tholath. He highlights how their Reflexion CAFM system, with over 17 years of industry experience, has introduced functionalities that significantly enhance operational efficiencies based on current market demands and technological advancements.
According to him, the software integrates seamlessly with various systems, including ERPs, BMS, IOT systems and smart sensors, and BLE Beacons, providing a connected and integrated environment while its mobile applications, such as the technician app and customer app, offer "live and instantaneous updates on the go."
"Quality, health, and safety have been enhanced through Reflexion's Audit and Inspection Solution combined with Incident Management Solution, achieving further reduction of non-compliances," Tholath adds.
